Hi Matt, thanks for your points. it prompts me to review the para your highlight and review it so it creates less misunderstanding. what i wanted to say is this: we see all three types of failures: Big Data, Big Business, and Big Govt. The problem is exactly the Big part of these terms. what we need is effective govt, effective biz, and effective tech — but not the dominating version with the Big B. i will make that more clear in the revision. Thank you again for pointing out this less than clear rendering of this point.
