Hi Anthony, thanks for sharing this. its very helpful information. and very legitimate and accurate to point out these specifics from the internal view. yet, seen from the outside, there still is a striking difference from say east asian governments compared to US, Italy or UK. very different. and thats also a legitimate distinction because in the case of a pandemic its a difference of life and death. but your point is absolutely valid and well taken!
